When: Thursdays from 9:30 AM - 11 AM for 6 weeks.

Where: South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre Multipurpose Room

This 6-week course is based on Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness for Beginners program and teaches the use of compassion and wisdom of your body and mind to cope with stress, pain, illness and sorrow.

This program is free of charge and open to the public.
